Robotic palletizing

ALBERTINA Machinery designs and integrates robotic palletizing systems, robotic palletizers and automated palletizing cells for cartons, bags, jerrycans, buckets, drums and other types of packaged products. Our robotic palletizing solutions are available as standalone systems or can be integrated into complete automated production, filling and packaging lines.

Our portfolio includes collaborative robot (cobot) palletizing, robotic palletizing with two pallet stations, robotic palletizing onto pallet conveyors and high-speed full-layer palletizing systems. Each palletizing system is designed according to the product type and weight, required production capacity, pallet pattern, pallet type
and required level of automation.

Our robotic palletizing cells incorporate industrial or collaborative robots, custom grippers and handling systems, infeed and outfeed conveyors, pallet magazines
and other automation equipment according to the requirements of each application. We design solutions for palletizing individual products, grouped packages
and complete layers, with the option of integration into new and existing production and packaging lines.
