Monoblocks for filling and capping

ALBERTINA Machinery is a Czech manufacturer of filling and capping monoblocks that combine multiple production operations within a single compact machine.
Our monoblock systems are designed primarily for automatic filling and capping of various container types, with a focus on space efficiency, process accuracy and easy integration into production lines. Their compact design also makes them suitable for facilities with limited production space and applications with high hygiene requirements.

We design and manufacture monoblocks for filling and capping vials and ampoules, buckets, plastic and metal tubes, Doypack pouches and cups, as well as for dosing dry and powdered products. Our portfolio also includes the compact COMPACT monoblock, designed particularly for pharmaceutical and cosmetics applications where production space is limited.

Each filling and capping monoblock is designed according to the product characteristics, container type, required production capacity and closure method. Depending
on the application, the equipment can use flow meter, volumetric or weight-based filling and dosing systems and can incorporate various capping systems, inspection equipment, labelling modules or robotic handling. The modular design allows each monoblock to be adapted to the specific production process and integrated into new
or existing production and packaging lines.
