Robotic cartoning is an automated solution for loading products into cardboard cases using industrial robots. Specially designed suction cups and gripping tools enable gentle handling of both cartons and products while ensuring high precision and maximum production line performance.
The system is suitable for packing bottles, cans, jars, bags, canisters and other products into cardboard cases. Robotic cartoning is used in the food, pharmaceutical, cosmetics and chemical industries, where it helps increase production efficiency, reduce manual handling and ensure consistent packaging quality.
Robotic cartoning can include automatic carton erecting, product loading, insertion of dividers and separators, carton closing and sealing, as well as subsequent label application. The workstation is individually designed according to the product type, carton size and required output and can be easily integrated into both new and existing packaging lines.
