ENERGY labelling head is a versatile industrial self-adhesive label applicator designed for precise label application in medium- and high-performance production environments. Thanks to its hybrid stepper motor, intelligent control electronics and dispensing speed of up to 60 m/min, it provides high accuracy, reliability and flexibility in automatic labelling applications.
The unit is suitable for applying self-adhesive labels to bottles, jars, canisters, cartons and other types of packaging in the food, pharmaceutical, cosmetics and chemical industries. The ENERGY labelling head is available in ENERGY 100, ENERGY 200 and ENERGY 300 versions for different label widths and application requirements.
ENERGY labelling head allows parameters to be adjusted during operation, supports the integration of thermal transfer, hot-stamp and other printing units, and can also be used as part of a Print & Apply system. Thanks to its modular design, it can be easily integrated into new or existing production lines and special-purpose machinery.
