Laser cutting and marking is a technology designed for precision cutting and marking of metal materials based on technical drawings. We offer custom laser cutting and marking according to documentation supplied by the customer or prepared by our technical and engineering department.
Laser cutting is suitable for the production of machine parts, covers, brackets, structural elements, sheet metal components and other custom-made products. Thanks to its high precision, clean cut and fast processing, the technology is suitable for both one-off and series production of metal parts.
Laser cutting and marking is carried out on a GWEIKE LF-3015LN machine with a working table of 3,000 × 1,500 mm. The technology enables the processing of materials with a thickness of 1–16 mm and achieves cutting speeds of up to 80 m/min.
In addition to laser cutting and marking, we also provide technical support during order preparation. We can assist with modifications to technical drawings, selection of the appropriate production process and preparation of data for precise part processing.
