EXTREME labelling head is a high-performance industrial self-adhesive label applicator designed for the most demanding production environments. With an application speed of up to 200 m/min, a hybrid stepper motor and advanced control electronics, it delivers maximum accuracy even at high production speeds.
The unit is designed for the automatic application of self-adhesive labels to bottles, jars, canisters, cartons and other types of packaging. The EXTREME labelling head is suitable for the food, pharmaceutical, cosmetics and chemical industries, where high performance, reliability and precise synchronization with the production line are required.
EXTREME labelling head is available in EXTREME 100, EXTREME 200 and EXTREME 300 versions for different label widths. The unit supports the integration of thermal transfer, hot-stamp and other printing systems, can be used as part of a Print & Apply system and, thanks to its modular design, can be easily adapted to a specific application and production line.
