Waterjet cutting is a technology designed for precision cutting of both metal and non-metal materials without heat-affected zones. We offer custom cutting based on technical drawings supplied by the customer or documentation prepared by our technical and engineering department.

The technology is suitable for cutting steel, stainless steel, aluminium alloys, non-ferrous metals, plastics, rubber, polycarbonate, glass, wood, tiles, stone and marble. Thanks to its high precision, waterjet cutting is suitable for the production of machine parts, covers, fixtures, structural components and other custom-made parts.

Waterjet cutting is carried out on a PTV Uni Jet machine with a working table of 4,000 × 2,000 mm. The technology enables cutting of materials up to 150 mm thick, cutting at angles up to 45° and achieves an accuracy of ±0.03 mm. The maximum cutting speed is up to 16 m/min.

In addition to the cutting itself, we also provide technical support during order preparation. We can assist with modifications to technical drawings, selection of the appropriate production process and choice of material to ensure that the finished part meets the requirements of the specific application.
