The SYSTEM 1 labelling machine is an automatic labelling system designed for the application of partial and full wrap-around self-adhesive labels to cylindrical containers. Precise control of container movement and synchronization with the labelling head ensure accurate and repeatable label application while maintaining consistently high labelling quality.
The machine is suitable for the food, pharmaceutical, cosmetics and chemical industries, where plastic or glass bottles, jars and other cylindrical containers are commonly used. A side smoothing belt ensures even pressure on the label around the entire circumference of the container and contributes to a professional appearance of the finished product.
The SYSTEM 1 labelling system is designed according to the container type, label dimensions and required production capacity. The machine can be equipped with a three-roller applicator for precise label orientation, a special counter-pressure plate for rectangular bottles, hot-stamp printing or thermal transfer printing for adding variable data directly during production.
