The CAPLINE DYNAMIC capping machine is a fully automatic continuous capping machine designed to cap bottles and canisters while they remain in motion on the conveyor. Thanks to the servo-controlled moving capping head, which follows the container throughout the entire capping process, there is no need to stop the containers. This improves production flow, shortens cycle times and minimizes the risk of product splashing during closure application.
The machine is suitable for the food, pharmaceutical, cosmetics and chemical industries, where high production speeds, precise capping torque and maximum operational reliability are required. Its linear design eliminates the need to replace format parts when changing container sizes, significantly reducing production changeover time.
CAPLINE DYNAMIC capping machines are designed according to the container type, closure, required production capacity and specific customer requirements. The machine can be equipped with an automatic cap feeder, cap orientator, remote access, ATEX design, chemically resistant version and a reject system for containers without caps.
