COMPACT filling and closing monoblock is a compact machine designed for precise filling and closing of vials and bottles in pharmaceutical and cosmetic production facilities. Thanks to its small footprint, it is particularly suitable for facilities with limited space and helps reduce cleanroom space requirements.
The machine is designed for filling liquid and semi-liquid products into smaller bottles, vials, ampoules and other containers used in pharmaceutical and cosmetic production. Typical applications include pharmaceutical products, cosmetic serums, drops, solutions, essences and other products requiring precise and hygienic dosing.
COMPACT monoblock is available in the semi-automatic SA version with automatic filling and semi-automatic closing, or in the fully automatic AT version. The machine can be equipped with an automatic bottle feeding system, peristaltic pump, screw capping system, crimping system, rubber stopper insertion or dropper insertion system.
