Labelling machines

ALBERTINA Machinery is a Czech manufacturer of labelling machines, automatic labelling systems and standalone labelling heads. We design and manufacture equipment for the accurate and reliable application of self-adhesive labels to bottles, jerrycans, jars, buckets, ampoules, vials and other types of containers. Thanks to their modular design, our labelling machines can be configured for different container shapes, label types, application methods and required production line speeds.

Our portfolio includes labelling machines for partial and full-wrap labels, front and back labels, top and bottom labelling, bucket labelling, ampoule and vial labelling,
as well as Print & Apply systems. We also manufacture standalone labelling heads and label applicators for integration into new and existing production and packaging lines.

Each labelling machine is designed according to the type and shape of the container, label type and dimensions, required production speed and specific application.
The equipment can be fitted with label presence detection, vision inspection systems, barcode readers, thermal transfer printing, automatic rejection of non-conforming products and other inspection or printing functions according to the application requirements.
