Robotic capping machines

Robotic capping machines provide a modern solution for automatic container closure using industrial robots. They are designed primarily for applications where conventional capping machines are not suitable, for example when closing large canisters, containers with complex closures or products where there is a risk of splashing during the capping process.

The equipment is suitable for the food, pharmaceutical, cosmetics and chemical industries. The robotic workstation ensures cap orientation, precise placement onto the container neck and tightening to the required torque. Thanks to continuous handling without stopping the product, high capping quality can be achieved even in demanding applications.

Robotic capping machines use SCARA robots or other robotic systems depending on the requirements of the specific application. The workstation can be equipped with an automatic cap feeding system, orientation system, vision guidance and closure verification.
