The induction sealing unit is designed for the automatic sealing of an aluminium foil liner located inside the cap to the container neck. The contactless process uses a high-frequency electromagnetic field to heat the foil within milliseconds and bond it securely to the container. The result is a tightly sealed product protected against leakage, contamination and tampering.
The equipment is used in the food, pharmaceutical, cosmetics and chemical industries, where maintaining package integrity, extending product shelf life and increasing safety during storage and transport are essential. Induction sealing is suitable for a wide range of plastic containers fitted with caps containing aluminium foil liners.
Induction sealing units are designed according to the container type, cap diameter, required production capacity and operating conditions. The system can be supplied with air or water cooling and can be equipped with a foil presence sensor or an automatic reject system for containers without a correctly positioned foil liner. Thanks to the height-adjustable induction head, the unit can be easily adapted to different container sizes.
