The POUCHLINE filling and closing monoblock is designed for the automatic filling and closing of pre-made Doypack pouches. The compact machine handles pouch feeding, precise filling, cap application and final closing within one automated process.
The monoblock is mainly used in the food, cosmetics and chemical industries for filling baby food, fruit purées, ketchup, sauces, dairy products, liquid soaps, shampoos, cleaning products, antifreeze and other liquid and viscous products. Depending on the characteristics of the product, rotary pumps, peristaltic pumps or flowmeter-based dosing systems can be used.
The POUCHLINE monoblock is equipped with a pouch feeding system, star wheel, filling stations, rotary cap orienter, Pick & Place unit and a capping head with adjustable tightening torque. The machine can also be equipped with automatic pouch feeding from rails or cartons, heating and agitation of the product tank, a station for applying bottom caps, automatic cartoning or an ATEX version for flammable liquids.
We provide our customers with complete technology design, manufacturing, installation, commissioning and long-term service support. The monoblock is available in POUCHLINE 1 and POUCHLINE 2 versions with an output of up to 4,000 pouches per hour, and each configuration is tailored to the specific production requirements.
