The bucket labelling system is designed for the automatic application of self-adhesive labels to conical, cylindrical and oval buckets of various sizes. Thanks to two opposing labelling heads and specially designed spring-loaded applicators, the system ensures precise labelling even on containers with tapered walls that require individual control of the label application process.
The machine is suitable for labelling plastic and metal buckets used in the food, chemical, construction and other industrial sectors. Typical applications include paints, plasters, adhesives, cleaning products, lubricants, food ingredients, spreads and other products packed in buckets.
The bucket labelling system uses a Siemens control system that synchronizes label dispensing with container movement and adapts the application process to the shape of the container. A robust frame, conveyor designed for handling heavy containers and high-quality industrial components ensure reliable operation even under demanding production conditions.
