High speed full layer palletizing
This palletizing system allows palletizing in whole layers, as the layers are prepared in advance on the preparation table. A special gripper removes the entire layer, and places it on the pallet or layer below.

As with the previous system, pallets are loaded directly onto the conveyor and then moved to the wrapping, strapping and pallet labelling position.
Using full layer palletizing:
- for high throughput lines
- for complicated patterns where it is not possible to take boxes or packages in multiple pieces
