Feeding tables
The rectangular feeding table is a standalone unit designed to facilitate the manual feeding of empty containers to the filling machine. Its size corresponds to a standard pallet, allowing an entire pallet layer of containers to be placed directly onto its surface.

Process Description
- Operators manually unload one full layer of empty containers from a pallet onto the table.
- A wide conveyor belt then moves forward to transfer a single row of containers onto the infeed conveyor of the filling machine.
- After this transfer, the belt reverses slightly to create a gap, separating the remaining containers from the infeed row.
- The table is equipped with a sensor that detects when the infeed conveyor is empty, automatically activating the movement to maintain a continuous supply of containers.

- The frame of the feeding table is constructed from stainless steel AISI 304, ensuring durability and corrosion resistance in industrial environments.
- The conveyor surface is made from either stainless steel plates or food-grade plastic plates, depending on the application.
- The belt movement is fully motorized, and the system is controlled by sensors for automated operation.
