The SYNUS® checkweigher is a modular dynamic weighing system designed for automatic weight inspection, package completeness verification and optimization of filling processes. Thanks to high-precision EMFC weighing technology, it provides reliable measurement results even at high production speeds and meets the requirements for legal-for-trade checkweighing in accordance with the MID directive.
The system is suitable for the food, pharmaceutical, cosmetics and chemical industries. It enables verification of correct product weight, statistical process control, regulation of filling systems and detection of incomplete packages. Thanks to its modular design, the checkweigher can be easily adapted to the specific application and required production line capacity.
The SYNUS® checkweigher offers a wide range of configuration options, adjustable conveyor height, advanced data evaluation and communication with higher-level control systems. As an option, it can be combined with a Vistus® metal detector, creating a comprehensive product quality inspection solution in a single system.
