The FREEFALL VISTUS® metal detector is a specialized system designed for the automatic detection and separation of metal contaminants from bulk materials transported by gravity. Thanks to its multi-frequency technology, it reliably detects ferrous and non-ferrous metals as well as stainless steel while maintaining high product throughput.
The system is suitable for inspecting powders, granules, cereals, nuts, milk powder blends, spices, plastic granulates and other bulk materials used in the food, pharmaceutical, chemical and plastics industries. The integrated separation system automatically removes contaminated material without interrupting the production flow.
The FREEFALL VISTUS® metal detector features a compact design, multi-frequency technology, various product tube options and a wide range of configuration possibilities according to the type of material and conveying method. Thanks to its low installation height, it can be easily integrated into both new and existing production equipment.
