The FLEXUS® checkweigher is a high-performance dynamic weighing system designed according to hygienic design principles for production environments with the highest requirements for cleanliness, accuracy and production safety. Thanks to EMFC technology, it delivers exceptionally precise weighing results even at high production speeds of up to 600 products per minute.

The system is used primarily in the food, pharmaceutical and cosmetics industries, where it enables reliable product weight inspection, regulation of filling processes and verification of package integrity. Its hygienic construction facilitates cleaning and helps meet strict production safety requirements.

The FLEXUS® checkweigher offers a wide range of configuration options depending on the product type, required throughput and operating conditions. As an option, it can be combined with a Vistus® metal detector, creating a compact solution for both weight inspection and detection of metal contaminants in a single system. Thanks to its modular design, the unit can be easily integrated into both new and existing production lines.
