The COSYNUS® checkweigher combines dynamic weight control with an integrated metal detector in one compact unit. Thanks to high-precision EMFC weighing technology and the integrated Vistus® metal detector, it enables simultaneous verification of correct product weight and detection of metal contaminants during a single pass through the production line.
The system is suitable for the food, pharmaceutical, cosmetics and chemical industries, where high requirements are placed on product quality and production safety. The COSYNUS® checkweigher helps detect incomplete packages, products with incorrect weight and products containing metal contaminants, thereby minimizing the risk of complaints and improving the reliability of the production process.
The COSYNUS® checkweigher features a modular design, adjustable conveyor height, memory for up to 200 products and control of both the checkweigher and metal detector through a single user interface. Thanks to communication options with higher-level control systems, it can be easily integrated into both new and existing production lines.
