Tube Filling Machine UP 30P

The UP 30P is double-acting, horizontally arranged. The product cartridge is conical and can be provided with a surface level sensor.

The base is a headstock with an eight-position rotary table and a robust, height-adjustable cross member, on which part of the tube orientation unit, the product magazine filler, the hot-air closure, and the shear cutter are attached.

The advantage of the device is a proven concept based on years of experience.

Used Materials:

• stainless steel AISI 304 (316L), PTFE (FPM, EPDM)

• SMC pneumatic elements

Tubes supply into the machine:

• manual (optional tray can be added)

Filler needle variants:

• pneumatically closed plug

• with a blow of "hair"

• with suction of drops

Hot Air Heater:

• fitting with replaceable elements according to tube diameter and welding shape

Tube end cutting principle:

• special scissors used

Moving finished products:

• manual table drive - optional pneumatic stepping drive
